Allana Ferguson bio

Allana was picked to represent Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but subsequent knee injuries kept her out of the game. It took many years for Allana to get back in playing in the league. Allana's first rugby league match for women took place in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland and also represented New South Wales. Allana is also a radio player on her resume, making regular appearances on the 2GB's highest-rated Continuous Call Team. In addition to her work in sport, Allana is a trained teacher. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of being a representative of Australia in three sports, rugby sevens along with touch and rugby league. Allana Ferguson, Jillaroos footballer and rugby league player for the Jillaroos of Australia team, was forced to come to an early end to her professional career within the game after tearing her ACL in a fourth occasion. Ferguson injured her ACL four times, at ages 15, 17, and 20. After the fourth time she suffered the injury, her playing career was over. Ferguson, JILLAROOS playmaker and the fourth year player to be injured in the ACL, needed to retire in the early hours. Ferguson was injured in her ACL during training in November.
